They are not all accredited. But if you do go to a non-ABA law school, you do have to pass what we refer to as "the baby bar" after your first year of study though, to make sure you don't waste your time and money with the remaining years of law school if you can't pass.
Why do law schools need to be accredited if all lawyers must pass the Bar exam to practice?
