Help with this rent question

So look I’m trying to rent out a storage 3 ways with a few friends the price is 1900. I want to split it 3 ways, with the price being 633 each and then they will pay extra for the bigger section of pieces of the storage and we decided on 80 for one part and 50 for another. One of the guys renting it with me is trying to take the 130$ from the 1900 in rent making it 1770 and then divide it by 3 making the price 590 for me and then 50 more for one space then another 80$ rent for the biggest space. When I look at this it doesn’t make sense if one is paying 80$ more and then the other is paying 50$ more wouldn’t that make me pay less money? When I do the math it’s 633 then you add the 80$ you pay for making it 713 for the biggest then 683 for the 2nd smallest and I would be paying 503$? Someone explain this to me cause this is making no sense and I feel like I’m paying more for no reason. When I do it my friends way we are all saving 43.33$ between the 3 of us how are the people paying more suppose to be saving money and paying less then what the base rent should be in addition to the more they want to pay. So someone explain this to me please!
