Is this in reference to the Tab or when you right click?
If it is the tab "Insert" that is missing you must re-add it via the Settings found under File.
File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Insert
From the customize ribbon, you'll see on the right side the main tabs and check boxes. Just confirm the Insert tab is checked, and it will be added to your ribbon.
