Hi,
You can to an extent depending how often you want excel to update the information.
First, under the Data tab click "From Web" and paste the hyperlink to the site with the information you want to drop into excel. If it is a public site, just click okay.
Under the Web View, you can see the site, and will see little yellow arrows next to tables that can be dropped into excel. Click the table you'd like and then Load. You can adjust how often these update, but usually the best practice is to just update upon opening, since this weighs the system down and will slow excel quite a bit.
Note that edits made to the original data as it dropped will be overwritten when it updates, so make sure any formulas you write are on the right hand side where no information will populate.
