How can I find the summation of a maximum few cells from the total cell in MS Excel?

Use the follwing "Array" Function

=Sum(Large(A1:A150,{1,2,3}))

The numbers 1,2,3 represent the top three values and can be adjusted as needed

Array functions must be entered by clicking CTRL + SHIFT +ENTER when done typing the formula. This will add "squiggly brackets" to each end.
