How can you create a hyperlink in Excel that will take you directly to or open a function in Outlook email such as message rules?

Simply type in the email address of your recipient in the cell; clicking on it will take you to Outlook with the email address as recipient. There are many links on the web that help create more detailed emails (such as subject line, attachments).

Not sure about changing rules form Excel; this would be an Outlook function I believe.
