The easiest way is to use a web conversion tool.

These tools accept data in different formats (JSON Tables) and then convert those tables into a Downloadable files (look for one that exports CSV)

Once you have downloaded the CSV, the rest of the conversion is easily done using Excel to open the CSV file and click "SAVE AS..." Excel 2013 or Excel 2016.
