How can I find the general solution of 2x (1+y^2) dx-y (1+2x^2) dy=0?

Just use seperation of variables getting all x's on one side and all y's on the other side like so

(2x/(1+2x²)) dx = (y dy)/(1+y²)

Both integrals are now easy to evaluate!
