In order to get download a playlist perform the following steps:
1) Navigate to the playlist page
2) Click the "Share" icon "a curvy arrow" beneath the title of the playlist (as of the time of this answer).
3) Click the Copy link
4) Open Excel
5) Click the "Data" tab
6) Click the "From Web" menu option
7) Leaving "Basic" selected, paste the URL in the text box and click "OK"
8) Expand the folder that lists the URL
9) Click on "Table 0"
10) Click the "Load" button
