I'm assuming you mean technology alternatives, but I'll provide a few other examples.

Microsoft (maker of all the products you listed) is competing with Google. Google has Docs (like Word), Sheets (like Excel) and Google Slides. There is no Google product for Publisher, but there are a few other software programs out there you can...google...no pun intended

You can also use paper, or graph paper if you wanted to go Old School.
