How do you switch to multi-user mode in Quickbooks Online?

There's not a multi-user mode in the online version. That's just in Desktop. To have additional users access the QBO file just set up the new users. To do this click the gear at the top right of the screen and then select manage users. Remember the new pricing scheme of QBO only gives you so many users. So be sure you have the correct subscription. Also, if you have an accountant that needs access, be sure to invite them as an accountant, if I remember correctly, accountant users do not count in the number of users that you have.
