Sales can be recorded with setting up your products and services items. Use the invoice form to record revenue and receive payment later. Use the Sales Receipt form to record revenue sales at the same time as the payment.

You can run the sales by product/service and then change the date period.

Also, to see your cash flow report, run the statement of cash flow report.
