Short answer: not really. Perfect pitch isn’t something scientifically calculated- it’s more subjective. And even if it were verifiable, the tools to “perfectly” measure them wouldn’t have existed in their eras. However, we can probably assume that by benefit of their training, experience and practice with music, their ear for pitch would be better than average if not exceptional. (But that last bit is speculation)
