I don’t think so. I’ll say at the outset that I don’t think that’s what’s going on here, but your question evokes another more primary question: what makes for meaning?
If God created you with a purpose (something compatible with the scenario exemplified in your question), then I think it’s fair to say your life has meaning. The possibility that there are infinite timelines with infinite versions of yourself does not detract from this particular meaning intended individually for you. This is especially so given that you have first-person, conscious self-awareness of your particular individual “you”, but none for the “clone you’s”.
