I use Obsidian. https://obsidian.md
It is available on Windows, Android, iOS, and Linux. They have sync plans that start at $4 per month, but you can also sync the files using any other sync method you already use. Another major bonus with Obsidian is that your files are YOURS and are in a standard, non-proprietary format. So, you're not locked in, like several other platforms.
I sync my files using Syncthing. https://syncthing.net/
It does not store your files in the cloud. It syncs the files between each of the devices you have it installed on over an encrypted connection. I run it on my Android phone and Linux laptop to keep all my notes synchronized without entrusting my data to someone else's storage.
