If this is for adding scheduled WebEx sessions into your outlook calendar, you need to download and install the Cisco WebEx Scheduler. This application will sync WebEx sessions that are tied to your account, and add them into your Outlook calendar. After installing, make sure to close completely out of Outlook and then open again. Verify you see the WebEx tools in the top toolbar.
To add the session into Outlook
- From the Home ribbon in Microsoft Outlook, click Schedule Meeting > Schedule WebEx Meeting in the WebEx group.
- Verify the WebEx Settings are correct, and click OK.
- Click To and select who you want to invite to the meeting.
- Add a Subject and a Location.
- To add advanced meetings features like cohosts or breakout sessions for WBS40.9 and later sites, click Change Settings.
- Click Send.
- To remove a WebEx meeting without cancelling the meeting, first open the meeting and click Cancel WebEx or Cancel Personal Room. Then send the update.
