Most resumes have 15 seconds to sell the reader that you fit their need. Your resume must make you look, walk, and talk like what the employer seeks. One suggestion is to include a branding section on your resume if you have not done so already. This brief 20-seconds section at the top of your resume includes language that you have what it takes. The use of keywords on your resume, membership in related associations, and courses are other ways to present an image that is appealing to the reader.
