Benzene is pretty unlikely to do it because of all the space required by the pi electrons. Nonetheless, it can still be done. Cyclic compounds can often be mixed with other rings or on chains. This is budding in research because it will be the main design in a molecular motor, such as in a nano-robot/machine.
You can just call them interlocked molecules. But if they are both [relatively] large cyclic compounds, the term is catenane. A catenane is defined as "a molecule containing two or more intertwined rings."
