If I did not pass the ASVAB test, what should I do to join the military?

You can always test again. Think of the topics that you felt were most difficult and get assistance in those areas. Or request an ASVAB tutor. I am not sure if there is a waiver policy but if you talk to a recruiter, they would be able to tell you.
