Hi Andrew! Glad to hear you're thinking of joining the service. The best ways to burn calories fast are high intensity cardio workouts. I would recommend high intensity interval training. Getting on the bike and sprinting for two minutes, then resting for one, for a total of thirty minutes is a good fat burning workout. As you progress, increase the time you spend doing the workout (for from thirty minutes to forty-five, then from forty-five to sixty, etc). Additionally, going for a long (thirty+ minutes) endurance run will also help. If you are also looking build strength, incorporate cardio into your weight lifting sessions. For example, super set squats, pull ups and box jumps, and run through the set as fast as you can. Hope this helps!
