Since the only pairs of factors of 20 are:
1, 20
2, 10
4, 5
and none of these come even close to adding to 33, you'll have to do something wacky to solve this.
If you continually multiply a number by -1*-1, its value doesn't change, but the sum of the factors (including the repeated -1s) will become more negative.
If you start with -1*-20, you have a product of 20 and a sum of -21.
-1*-1*-1*-20 product: 20, sum: -23
-1*-1*-1*-1*-1*-20 product: 20, sum: -25
Keep going with this, and you'll eventually get to -33!
