When x=0, y = e^(0+1)+1 = e^1 + 1 = e+1, so the y-intercept is (0,e+1)
When y=0, 0 = e^(x+1)+1
-1 = e^(x+1)
Exponential function cannot be negative, nor can the log of a
negative number be taken. Therefore, there is no x-intercept
because the function does not cross the x-axis.
