Rationalize the denominator and simplify following expression

This is what I meant. its a 3 radical sing with 1/4 inside..... Do you mean cube root of 1/4, 3√(1/4)?

(1/41/3)(42/3/42/3) = 42/3/4 = (42)(41/3)/4 = 43√4

It should be the 2nd comment. Taking the cubed, or third root of something is the same thing as raising it to the 1/3, just like taking the square, or second root of something is the same thing as raising it to the 1/2.
 
√16 = 161/2 = 4
