how do your write 3x + 1 = 2y in standard form

I asked this question because its been on a couple of my tests and i just don know what it is ive been redoing and redoing it and I just can find the answer.

Standard form is Ax + By = C where A is a positive integer

3x+1 = 2y

-2y        -2y

3x-2y +1 =0

-1              -1

3x - 2y = -1
