The key is cross-multiplication.
The first two lines give (1) 7x=5y and (2) 3(x + 4) = 2(3y - 2). Now you can solve these equations by usual methods.
Similarly, the third line gives (1) 3(x+1) = 2(x+3) and, say, 6(x+1) = 2(x+y+4) (you may use the second and the third term too.)
