a) the median begins at N and goes to M, the midpoint of NP, so you must use the midpoint formulas to find M's coordinates. Then you will know two points and can calculate the slope, finally then using point slope form for equation of line NM.
use other basic ideas to answer the other questions...e.g. the altitude from N will have slope = negative reciprocal of LP, and then you will have point N and a slope, so then you can also write that altitude's equation.
