You may solve this problem by creating a scatter plot or entering your data in your calculator to find the LinReg model.

 

I can give you the steps here:

On your calculator (graphing calculator TI-83 or other) 

1. Press STAT
2. 1. EDIT press ENTER
3. Enter the x values under L₁
4. Enter the y values under L₂
5. Press STAT
6. Scroll right → CALC
7. Scroll down to ↓ 4. LinReg
8. Press ENTER
9. Repeat step 8 till you get 
10. y=ax + b

            a=3.5733333

            b= -0.853333

Answer

y = 3.6x - 0.8
