Multiply both sides by 14

4x²-3x-6=0

x=(3±√[9-4(4)(-6)])/8

x=(3±√105)/8=1.655868846, or -0.905868846

   2/7 X^2 - 3/14 X = 3/7

 

    Multiply both side by14

 

     2 X^2 - 3X - 7 =0
