cyproheptadine Hcl dissolving and why ppt .?

Question

i prepare  cyproheptadine solution by  dissolve cyproheptadine HCL  in tap water (2 gm /L) and add

 acetic acid 5%(100 ml/L)

the question . 

why cyproheptadine. precipitate on the wall and button  glass ?

I have never heard of cyproheptadine.

 

Can you provide the IUPAC name perhaps?
