This is SOOOO BASIC!
You will solve it, as follows:
1) calculate slope from the given two points.
2) using one of those points (I suggest (0,4)), substitute appropriately into the Point slope form (you must know this)
2) simplify in such a way that the x and y terms appear on one side of the equation and any constant-only appears on the right side of the equation...that's Standard form.
Just DO IT!
