How many feet to fence in yard if 12.5 yards long and 5.5 yards wide

If you want to fence in your yard and want to know how many feet it would be if the dimensions are 12.5 yards long and 5.5 yards wide

The yard is 12.5 yeards long by 5.5 yards wide.  If we are going to fence the yard, then we will be dealing with the perimeter.
 
Perimeter = 2L + 2W
Perimeter = 2(12.5) + 2(5.5)
P = 25yards + 11yards = 36 yards total.

1 yard is equal to 3 feet.  so 36yds is (36)(3) = 108 feet
