there are two vectors say vector A and vector B. Then what is vector AB?

there are two vectors say vector A and vector B. Then what is vector AB? Is it (A-B) or (B-A)?

AB is the segment joining points A and B. They have nothing to do with a vector named A and a vector named B.

Yes that is quite evident that it is the line joining A&B. But what is the direction on this vector AB ? Whenever you are talking about vectors you have to give directions along with them otherwise they are not vectors, they are scalars.

Also if you look at the choices for AB they are A-B or B-A. So AB is indeed very much related to the vector A and the vector B.
