how do i solve a perfect square trinomial which the GCF has a variable?

how do I solve by factoring 3x^3y^2-3x^2y^2+3xy^ after factoring out the GCF? Please Help me I am having trouble doing this problem. Factoring completely. GCF has a variable andFurther Factors to Perfect Square Trinomial?

The power of y is missing in the last term of the problem statement.  It looks like Mark filled in a 2.  Is that last term supposed to be 3xy2 ?
