Let's choose the components for the Lxx structure: 26 choices for first position, then 36 choices for 2nd position & 36 choices for 3rd position. This is 33696 possibilities.
If we compute the others, we get 36(26)(36) & 36(36)(26) as the number of those, so the total is 3 times said product; 3(33696) = 101,088 different licenses.

sorry but i want to ask why did we multiply 101,088 by 3 ?
didn't we already have calculated all possible probabilities for the 3 cases(letter come first ,second and last)by adding
them together or am missing something ?
