I have attempted this problem and continue to get this wrong can you please assist me with steps so I know how to do this.

 

Solve for Y:  (1-2y) / (y+3) = X

(1-2y)/(y+3) = x

 

1-2y = x(y+3)

 

1-2y = xy + 3x

 

1 = xy + 3x + 2y

 

1 - 3x = xy + 2y

 

1 - 3x = y(x + 2)

 

(1-3x)/(x+2) = y
