You need to first rearrange these inequalities so that they are in the form similar to     y=mx+b . 

 

If the inequality is   y<mx+b  , then this is the region shaded below the line   y=mx+b.

If the inequality is   y>mx+b  , then this is the region shaded above the line   y=mx+b.

 

The solution to the system of inequalities is the overlapping of the shaded region.

x + 2y ≤ 10

      2y ≤ -x + 10

       y ≤ -x/2 + 5

 

So, the "or equal to" means you have a solid line that you should know how to graph. Since you have less than, shade everything below your line.
