lim (ex / x3) as x→∞ is an indeterminate form, so use L'Hopital's rule as many times as you need to get a determinate form.
ex / x3 → ex / (3x2) → ex / (6x) → ex / 6
lim (ex / x3) = lim (ex / 6) = ∞
