two column proof for therem 6.7

I have a problem where it says make a two column proof of therem 6.7 which is called the angle bisector therem could someone please tell me the answer or atleast walk me through it

Identify what you know; list them as Givens.

 

Identify your goal; what you want to prove.

 

A two column proof has (you guessed it) two columns!  ;)

 

In the left column are statements and in the right column are justifications.

 

For every statement you write in the left column you must write a valid justification for making that statement in the right column:

 

statement_1 | justification_1

statement_2 | justification_2
.

.

.

statement_n | justification_n

 

Your statements start with what you know and progress as you justify them toward what you want to prove. The last statement should be a statement of what you want to prove. If all the justifications are valid, you've completed the proof.
