Factoring an expression means to pull out the GCF( greatest common factor of terms that are building
blocks of the expressions and they are separated by +, - sign.

6b( b + 2) / pulled out the GCF open parenthesis divide each term by GCf and write down the
quotient inside the parenthesis.
Factoring is opposite of distribution law
