OK. This can't be solved, because it's not an equation. It's not equal to anything. It can be simplified - maybe.
I will attempt to simplify it.
(4/x) + (4/y) / (16/x2y2) is where we start. I will factor out
1/(16/x2y2).
1/(16/x2y2).
(1/(16/x2y2)) (64xy2 + 4/y) = (x2y2/16)(64xy2 + 4/y)
I need to factor out a 4/y from there.
(x2y/4)(16xy + 1) = x2y (16xy + 1) / 4
That's about as simple as I can get it. Often you will get a problem in the textbook that looks like yours to start, but once you start simplifying almost everything drops out. Those are fun. But that isn't always the way it goes, unfortunately.
