I need help on where to start on a artificial intelligence bot that i want to make

I want to make an artificial intelligence bot but im not really sure on where to begin if i have to download sofware first or if someone can help me out that would be amazing. Thank you

An artificial intelligence bot requires computer programming.  Programming is the code that tells the bot what to do.  Without it, the bot will not perform.  There are some coding software that you can download.  The most common coding software for robotics out there are Arduino, Python, JAVA, and Lego Mindstorms.  Just google them to get the complete list of programming software.
