Remember that parallel lines have the same slope. So, in the equation y=4x-7, the slope is 4. Recall that in an equation of the form y=mx+b, the m is the slope and the b is the y-intercept. So, since the slope is 4 and the lines are parallel, the equation you need to write will also have a slope (or m) of 4. It says the y-intercept is (0,2), which means that the b in your equation is 2. So, you just need to put the equation together now.
The form is y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y-intercept. You know the slope is 4 and the y-intercept is 2. Just plug those values into the equation and you're all set.
