Any problem of this type requires graphing very accurately using a sharp pencil.
For the first line, plot the line by finding its two intercepts i.e. when x=0, what's y, & vice versa)--two points are sufficient to graph. Hint: this line will have negative slope.
For the second line, it's horizontal, 2 units above the x-axis, passing through 2 on the y-axis (slope = 0).
Read the coordinates of the point of intersection & write as an ordered pair. Done!
