Systems of Linear Equations

This one is stumping me..I do not see how the ordered pair satifies both equations yet the book says it does.
Order pair is (0,2)
First equation: 3x-4y=8  3(0) -4(2) is -8 -8 doesnt equal 8
Second equation: 2y=2/3x-4  2(2) =2/3(0) -4 again 4 doesnt equal -4...
I was sailing along with the other ones that were similar..but this has me stumped unless the book is incorrect

I thought I was correct! I tend to rush and confuse negatives/positives a lot...so I was going crazy with this one!
Its not the first time I found an error.
Thanks,Steve!
