If 60 were the largest of the three (the whole), the facts are....

60-6=56

If 60 were one of the two smaller numbers (the part), the facts are...
60+6=66
6+60=66
66-6=60
66-60=6

Considering the nature of the question, and the likely math level of the student asking the question, I highly doubt that the question is intended for the student to list every possible 3-number combination (which also has 2 addition and 2 subtraction math facts each) from "6 to 60." Answer interprets "bond" as a verb (bond 6 to 60 with a third number) which results in only two possible combinations.
