I am thinking that all one needs to do is multiply the 3 numbers together to equal 45.

Then, next to each letter, write 1

This will give you each bag of chips possible next to each sandwich (A,B,C)

 

Then, next to each bag of chips, you can assign a soft drink, which would look like this:

So, you can visualize the combinations of chips and their respective soft drinks at 15 possible x  ABC (3) = 45
