I have a MacBook Pro and I can't share my screen during a session.
I have tried various settings using Safari and Chrome and Chrome running in Windows using Parallels.
Any suggestions?

Usually, when sharing the screen, you may choose from "window" or "entire screen". Try to switch from one to the other, that would work somehow. Also, keep in mind that if you have more than one monitor, those options should be set accordingly. This is a 4min video on the Wyzant platform functions. I hope this helps.
