I just wanted a break down when session goes over by 8 minutes so I do not understand why I am charged 63.58 when hour is 50.00. Please explain and show me a break down of itemization please.

Since, we do not have the actual CPT code billed. I will answer the question according to the information you provided. Some services are billed based on time, in 15 minute increments. 8 minutes being the time marker to bill an additional 15 minute unit.

You can do a google search for the CPT and it should provide the description of the code and the time increments for reporting.
