Succeeding on the ASWB Master’s Level exam and earning your passing score takes more than knowing the content. You will also need to learn how the test questions are written and how to think through each type of test question.
You can indeed study for this exam, and you do need to study for this exam.
I especially recommend using written materials to prepare, since this is a written test that requires reading comprehension and focus in reading. You may supplement your reading with videos or podcasts, but don’t let that take the place of reading. It is important that your studying prepares you for both the content as well as the way in which you will be tested.
To do this, it is important that you pace yourself as you review each content area.
Success on the exam also requires mastering test anxiety, as well as practicing self-care, so that you can demonstrate your knowledge and skills on test day.
