What equation can I use to calculate what percentage added to a certain number gives a certain result?

Hi. Could anyone help me out with what equation I can use to calculate something like this:

The total I have is 10000

What amount and it's 18% added to that amount gives 10000?

For example

A + 18% of A = B

Answer 1

1.18A=B

A=B/1.18

A=10,000/1.18= 8,474.58 rounded off
